My Review about it!

Some desserts you eat; this one you keep checking on. I took the slice out to the balcony with a coffee and a book, and the first thing I did was press the side with my fork just to watch the milk sauce move. A tres leches lives or dies on the soak, and this one was already pooling on the plate.
It is $5.98 — the cake upcharge over the standard cookie price — and it is the one item this week I would not split the difference on. Served properly chilled, at 850 calories it is a two-sitting dessert for most people; I treated it as one long, slow sitting and regretted nothing.
The first forkful is dark chocolate cake gone soft and milky, nothing like the dry sponge a bad tres leches hides under cream. The whipped cream is light, the cookies & cream streusel gives the top a little crunch, and now and then a piece of cookie lands like the Oreo you used to dunk in milk as a kid and fish out with a fork.
By the last bite the plate was mostly sauce, and I used the final piece of cake to mop it up, which is the correct ending for any tres leches. It is the richest-feeling item on this week’s menu, even where the calorie count ties. Eat it cold, eat it slowly, and do not let it sit out — the soak is the whole dessert.
What I liked
What I didn’t
Compared with the Pumpkin Cheesecake Cookie: both are chilled, frosted and built like bakery desserts, but the cheesecake is spiced and graham-based while this cake is chocolate and milk-soaked. The cheesecake is firm and sliceable; the tres leches is soft enough to need a fork and a plate. Spice or soak — that is the whole decision.

This tasted like my childhood. Back when I would drop my Oreo in my milk, let it get all sogg, then scoop it out with a fork. It was honestly very delicious. I did have one or two bites that had slightly burned pieces of Oreo, but it didn’t detract from the overall flavor of the dessert. Highly recommend
