November is the month for Crumbl Cookies. I’ve been tracking Crumbl’s weekly drops for years, and November consistently delivers the most exciting lineup of the fall — Thanksgiving pie-inspired cookies, warm spice flavors, and the first hints of holiday season. The spoilers are leaking, and I’ve compiled the most complete November 2026 preview you’ll find anywhere.

Below: every leaked week, with flavors, dates, and my honest take on what’s worth the trip. I update this as new spoilers drop.

November 2–7, 2026: Leaked Lineup

The first full week of November leans into indulgent, dessert-inspired flavors. Two are marked NCD (Non-Cookie Dessert) — Crumbl’s expanding dessert line.

  • Strawberry Heart Cake (NCD) — A berry cake dessert. Strawberry + cake is a proven combo.
  • Confetti Cake Batter Cheesecake (NCD) — Cheesecake meets birthday cake. If you loved our Raspberry Cheesecake review, this is in the same family.
  • Brookies & Cream Cookie ft. Oreo — Brownie-cookie hybrid with Oreo. Chocolate lovers should also see our Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownie ft. REESE’S PIECES.
  • Caramel Apple Cookie — The quintessential fall cookie. Caramel + apple never misses in November.
  • Skillet Cookie — Served warm in a mini skillet. Pure comfort.
  • Frozen Hot Chocolate Cookie — Chilled chocolate cookie. An interesting contrast to the warm skillet.

November 9–14, 2026: Leaked Lineup

Week two brings Oreo, chocolate, and warm spice — a strong lineup for cookie traditionalists.

  • Oreo Cookies & Cream Cake (NCD) — Cookies & cream in cake form.
  • Double Fudge Brownie (NCD) — For the chocolate purists.
  • Oatmeal Cream Pie Cookie — Nostalgic Little Debbie vibes in cookie form.
  • Lemon Bar Cookie — A bright contrast to the heavy chocolate. Citrus cookies are underrated.
  • Churro Cookie — Cinnamon-sugar bliss. Fans of our Cinnamon Roll Cookie review will feel at home.
  • Peanut Butter Cup Cookie ft. Reese’s — Peanut butter + chocolate, always a winner.

My Honest Take

I’ve reviewed Crumbl’s weekly lineups for a long time, and November 2026 looks like one of the strongest months in recent memory. The Thanksgiving pie lineup (Nov 24–26) is the clear highlight — seven pie-style cookies is ambitious, and the Biscoff Pie + French Silk Pie combo alone is worth the trip.

If you’re only going once in November, make it Thanksgiving week. If you’re going twice, add November 9–14 for the Churro Cookie and Peanut Butter Cup Cookie — those are the kind of flavors that sell out.

The NCD (Non-Cookie Dessert) expansion is worth watching. Crumbl is clearly testing whether cakes and cheesecakes can carry weeks alongside cookies. Early signs say yes.
