Editorial Policy

This page explains the editorial standards behind everything published on Crumbl-Menu.com, how content gets researched and written, how we handle spoilers and predictions, and how we keep the site independent and accountable.

Our Purpose

Crumbl-Menu.com exists to give readers one reliable place to track Crumbl’s weekly flavor rotation, pricing, nutrition information, and upcoming spoilers. Everything we publish is built around a single standard, information should be accurate when we publish it, clearly sourced, and corrected quickly when it changes.

Editorial Independence

Crumbl-Menu.com is an independent publication and is not affiliated with, operated by, or endorsed by Crumbl Cookies. Our coverage, reviews, and rankings are based on our own research and testing, not on any relationship with the brand. No payment, product, or promotional consideration influences what we publish or how we describe a flavor, price, or menu item.

How We Research and Write

  • Menu items, prices, and nutrition figures are checked against Crumbl’s official app, website, and published disclosures, as detailed on our How We Verify Data page
  • Flavor reviews reflect actual tasting and firsthand impressions, written in the author’s own voice rather than repackaged marketing copy
  • Historical and seasonal patterns are tracked over time to give readers useful context, not just a snapshot of what’s available this week

Spoiler and Prediction Standards

Spoiler content is a core part of this site, and it follows its own editorial rules separate from confirmed menu data:

  • Predictions are built from Crumbl’s own rotation history, publicly visible signals, and reasonable pattern analysis, never from confidential or leaked sources
  • Every spoiler post is clearly labeled as a prediction until Crumbl’s official announcement confirms it
  • Once the real lineup drops, the spoiler post is updated to show what was accurate and what wasn’t, rather than being quietly rewritten or deleted
  • We do not present a guess as a confirmed fact under any circumstance, including in headlines or social sharing

Corrections and Updates

When something changes, a price shifts, a flavor is discontinued, a nutrition figure is revised, we update the relevant page as soon as it’s confirmed. Significant corrections are noted on the page itself rather than silently edited. Readers can report an error through our Contact Us page, and every report is checked against an official source before a correction is made.

Review and Update Schedule

Weekly flavor and spoiler content is reviewed on the same cadence as Crumbl’s own rotation. Pricing pages are reviewed every 30 to 60 days, nutrition and allergen pages approximately every 90 days, and trust and informational pages periodically. Full detail is on our How We Verify Data page.

Advertising and Affiliate Disclosure

This site may display advertising or include affiliate links, which can generate revenue when readers click through or make a purchase. Advertising and affiliate relationships never influence editorial content, a flavor review or price listing is never adjusted, favored, or omitted based on advertising or affiliate arrangements.

Author Standards

Content on this site is written and edited by Dean Ambrose. Author credentials and background are listed on our About the Author page. Every article is expected to meet the same standard, sourced information, clear labeling of predictions versus confirmed facts, and a correction whenever something turns out to be wrong.

What We Won’t Publish

  • Confidential or leaked internal restaurant information
  • A guess or prediction presented as confirmed fact
  • Unverified allergen claims presented as official guidance
  • Content designed to mislead readers about pricing, availability, or nutrition for the sake of engagement
