Biscoff Ice Cream Cookie
The Biscoff Ice Cream Cookie is on the Crumbl menu for the week of October 5–11, 2026 — and if you’re a Biscoff believer, this is your week. It takes everything people love about Lotus Biscoff (that caramelized, lightly spiced crunch) and builds it into a chilled, ice-cream-style cookie.

My Review about it!

It was a late night when I finally gave in and ordered the Biscoff Ice Cream Cookie from Crumbl. I’m a Biscoff person — the spread, the cookies, all of it — so this one had my name on it all week.
I got it through the store and paid $4.49. It came chilled, as promised: a brown sugar cookie base with a smooth layer of caramel-colored Biscoff buttercream and crumbly cookie pieces scattered over the top. It looked like a little sundae.
The first bite is where it won me over. The buttercream tastes like actual cookie butter — caramelized, lightly spiced, rich — and the brown sugar cookie underneath is soft and mellow. The crumbly pieces add the crunch the whole thing needs.
About halfway through, though, the sweetness caught up with me. It’s Biscoff on Biscoff on brown sugar — the speculoos spice keeps it interesting, but this is a slow-eat dessert. The chill is non-negotiable; warm, it wouldn’t work.
Verdict: the standout of the week for Biscoff lovers, and the most interesting texture on the menu. Don’t skip it.
What I liked
What I didn’t
Compared with the Biscoff Skillet Cookie: the Ice Cream Cookie is the chilled sundae-style take, while the skillet version is warm. Pick based on temperature mood. Biscoff is back on the menu this week in a whole new form — the Biscoff Crunch Brownie, a chilled brownie layered with crispy kataifi and Biscoff cookie butter under a white chocolate cap.
