My Review about it!

Brookies and cream cookie broken in half over a baking tray next to an open pink Crumbl box

My brother’s review method is simple: if it can be pulled apart, it gets pulled apart. This one never stood a chance — it came out of the box and went straight to a baking tray on the counter, two hands, one break, no discussion.

It is $4.49, standard single pricing, and served warm — the break only works warm, when the brownie center is still fudgy. At 670 calories it sits in the week’s middle, which for something with a whole cookie baked inside it feels almost reasonable.

The cross-section is the whole review: a full OREO sitting inside a fudgy brownie layer wrapped in Crumbl’s signature cookie, brownie batter on top and extra OREO pieces for crunch. The brownie leads — deep and chocolatey — and the cookie edges keep it from going full brownie. Warmed up, with the cream from the OREO going soft, it is three desserts in a trench coat.

My brother’s verdict was one word and a reach for the second half. If you are a cookies-and-cream person, this is your week — nothing else on the menu is doing this much chocolate this well. Eat it warm, eat it with your hands, and do not expect survivors.

What I liked

  • A whole OREO baked inside
  • Brownie center stays fudgy warm
  • Extra OREO pieces for crunch

What I didn’t

  • Brownie overpowers the cookie a little
  • Best warm — less magic cold
  • Rich — a half is plenty for most

Compared with the Scoopable Cookie Dough: the scoopable is Crumbl’s other new comfort dessert this week — warm dough by the spoon — while the brookie is baked, layered and built to be broken in half. Scoopable is soft; brookies is a cross-section. Both are warm, both disappear fast.

It was so chocolatey and so good however I wish there was more cookie bc the brownie overpowers. Other than that I love
