My Review about it!

Crumbl Snickerdoodle Cookie with a bite taken, in a pink Crumbl box on a car seat

It was a fast Monday when I finally gave in and ordered the Snickerdoodle Cookie from Crumbl. It had been sitting on this week’s menu teasing me for days, and I kept telling myself I’d get something else instead. the classic won.

I got it through the store and paid $4.49. By the time I sat down and opened the box, the warm cinnamon-sugar aroma hit me first. The cookie is a simple beauty — thick vanilla sugar cookie with a sparkly cinnamon-sugar crust crackling across the top.

The first bite is where it won me over. The cookie is soft and thick with a gentle chew, buttery vanilla underneath and warm cinnamon sugar on top. No frosting, no filling, no gimmicks — just a perfectly executed classic. Served warm, the sugar crust has the faintest crisp against the tender middle.

I finished the whole thing without hitting the wall — at 580 calories it’s the lightest cookie on this week’s menu. Still had milk with it, because some traditions are sacred. Best eaten warm and fresh.

What I liked

  • Perfect cinnamon-sugar crust
  • Lightest cookie on the week’s menu (580 cal)
  • No-fuss classic done right

What I didn’t

  • Plain next to the loaded collabs
  • Cinnamon lovers will want more spice
  • Dries out if it sits

Compared with the Snickerdoodle Cupcake Cookie: same cookie, dressed up. The Cupcake version adds a swirl of cream cheese frosting and an extra dusting of cinnamon sugar, taking it from 580 to 760 calories. Purist or maximalist — details below.
