My Review about it!

Crumbl Raspberry Cheesecake cookie topped with raspberry and cheesecake frosting in a pink Crumbl box

It was a quiet evening when I finally gave in and ordered the Raspberry Cheesecake from Crumbl. It had been sitting on the weekly menu all week, and I kept telling myself I’d get one of the cookies instead. The cheesecake photos won.

I got it through the store and paid $5.98. By the time I sat down and opened the box, it was perfectly chilled — a neat little cheesecake over a golden graham crust, glossy raspberry spread on top, and a dollop of whipped cream.

The first bite is where it won me over. The cheesecake is smooth and properly vanilla, the graham crust is buttery without being crumbly-dry, and the raspberry spread cuts through with real tang. It tastes like an actual cheesecake, not a cookie pretending to be one.

About halfway through, though, I hit the wall. It’s dense and rich the way real cheesecake is, and I needed a break before finishing. It’s also best cold — straight from the box, not after sitting out.

What I liked

  • Warm, cinnamon-heavy flavor that isn’t overpowering
  • Soft, thick texture
  • Cream cheese frosting that balances the sweetness

What I didn’t

  • Very rich, so it’s hard to finish alone
  • Loses its charm once it cools
  • Not for you if you don’t like cream cheese frosting

Compared to the Blueberry Cheesecake, the raspberry version wins for fruit lovers — the tartness is brighter and cuts the richness better.

If celebration-style cookies are your thing, this week’s Halloween Confetti Milkshake Cookie is the festive pick — cake-flavored buttercream, purple and green sprinkles, and a whipped cream dollop.
